Since 2014 I have been operating predominately in the federal ServiceNow space, starting out as a customer administrator before moving into consulting as a developer then subsequently as an architect. In 2020 I was selected as a participant in the first APJ ServiceNow Certified Master Architect cohort, attaining the certification after a 6-month intensive training program and remain one of the few ServiceNow Certified Master Architects worldwide.

As a ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, I provide expert advice and guidance pertaining to a customer’s ServiceNow ecosystem, with a focus on outcomes, security and architecture impact. My role also encompasses ensuring that any configuration, customisation or integration to the ServiceNow platform is robust, usable and secure, and that the system remains upgradeable throughout its lifetime. I’m passionate about customer experience, especially G2C, G2B & G2G services, and am fortunate with my current role that I get to design these types of services that I implement for my government clients.
